Credit Terms

All new customers start out with PIA (Payment in Advance) terms for the first sales transaction. Any extended terms will take effect after successful payment of first PIA Terms Invoice. For established accounts, payment will be expected Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Accounts exceeding 30 days will receive a statement including applicable finance charges reminding them of their past due invoices. Accounts that reach 60 days will be placed on hold until all past due invoices are current. Once accounts reach 60 days, any credit terms will revert back to PIA( Payment in Advance).

Credit Limit

In no event will your account be extended beyond your credit limit. Please be always aware of the balance available on your credit limit to avoid a hold being placed on your account. If you foresee a large job on the horizon, or an increase in business activity, please contact us far enough in advance so we can review your account for the possibility of raising your credit limit. Credit limits are revised periodically based on previous payment history.

Returned Checks

Any check which is returned will result in a $35.00 service charge and will require the immediate fulfillment of the obligation of payment in full in cash, money order or certified check.

Conditions of Sale

Please make all possible efforts to have the product approved before taking delivery. Once delivery has been accepted all returns must be approved by Universal Stone Imports Inc before material is returned. We require a signed purchase order on company letterhead sent by fax or email prior to delivery of goods. This will prevent misinterpretation on verbal orders. All material remains the property of Universal Stone Imports Inc, until payment in full has been received.
